  4. Daily Creation
    Whether you're writing, building, or working on a specific project, the key is to produce something each day. Even if it's simply doing the work on this course, the act of creation is essential.

  5. Focus on Nutrition and Fitness
    Commit to a structured nutrition plan and ensure you're getting at least some physical exercise every day. Your body and mind will thank you for the discipline.
